Either that grappling dummy is really light or you are really strong. I've used a grappling dummy once and it was around 100lbs. Do you think it has helped your Judo?

my dummy is about 90lbs. the dummy is great but is no substitute for a good sparring partner

You are strong then because it looks like you are picking that thing up like it's 20lbs. I'm considering buying one which is why I'm asking the question. One more question, do you find training with the dummy is more useful than doing uchikomi's, less useful, or about the same?

well i'm really more of a submission wrestler then a judo practitioner but i personally get more out of doing uchikomi's with a sparring partner then i do the dummy. i really get more out of the dummy on the ground working movements
