I was confused about the title name at first so the artist that i put in on DB was various guitarists. But my friend later told me Guthrie played all these jams which im still in doubt lol. The beginning to the killswitch part definitely sounds like Morello but the shred after it is definitely more Buckethead.

Lol, after rewatching this I noticed that the point of this song is exactly to raise the question "Who's best?", in the meaning of, "who is the best guitarist to exist?". You can see that Guthrie plays a lot of different styles, and all of those sound exactly like he wanted to, impersonating other great guitar players, like EVH and Yngwie, you can see there are many, many more.
