I found this one very nice, and I have tired this several times; whatever text/size I use, in the finished photo the text is ingnot clear - more like black dashes. I also found that coping text from a word doc the paragraph went on as a single line. Ideas? Thanks.

I like all your tutorials.I have got me a trial version of Photoshop elements 9 and i'm trying my luck in out of bounds but it's not as professional as yours and what I want to know is are there any tutorials using the new elements 9 coz the interface is a little bit different than the other versions.Thx4sharing .

This is a great tutorial, But how do you make it in color?
-
I don't know if someone has already mentioned this or if you had a reason for not doing it this way, but I've found a slightly different method for the text selection.
Instead of using the magic wand tool to select a non-text part of the text layer, you can CTRL+click the text layer icon and then select inverse. Doing it this way seems to give you a much cleaner selection of the area around and within the text. So, in the new layer, the Os and Ds won't be totally filled in with black.
PART C
Voila! Ur done. One advantage u have with this technique is that u can eventually modify ur texts anytime u want and you don't get jagged text from the magic wand.

I really hope you do not mind at all that I am sharing this tip with ur fans! I've seen ur other videos and I love them all! Particularly the tri-color effect! U rock!! :D \\m//

PART B
Then write your texts in contrast to the colour ur image is. In this case you have to use white since ur image is black.
After ur done with ur texts ( be sure that ur text layer is above ur image and not under!) , what you do is position ur cursor just between the line seperating ur texts and ur black isolate image until u see ur cursor change into something like a cylinder with an arrow poiting to ur left. Then u click between the line!
U have just created a clipping mask for ur tx.
