  • so is the idea of forgiveness (which is hard) a method or way of pointing to or saying that when you are being there is no forgiveness , there is lack of thinking, these conditions emerge and seem to be who we are but we lean on the thinking because of the way the world functions or validates it, hm to step outside is scary so that seems to be what we will do next? Validate what we know rather than what we think. So is the insecurity the fear of being alone?

  • then it seems to me; we need to be working constantly on what we want, how we want to feel and experience life. It seems like so much work and with all the divergions and contra way the world operates so hard.

The mind steps in at every moment to generate emotions by presenting video/audio tapes. Are we changing one habit for another? I think yes. I have been doing this unprepared , now I need to do it consciously. Challenge 1, how to maintain it.

  • Thank you dear brother of Light, be blessed, Namaste!

  • Your method of asking "what..." seems similar to a method I use. I call it "causality chain" and it's about clarifying personal goals. It's the repeated questioning of one's personal goal: "Is it the goal or is it the effect of the goal, that I really really want?" The first answers can be very profane like "I want money"-->"I want respect" ... and then it always ends up in "I want peace(happiness..)" And that's why your method directly reminded me of the one I use personally. Thanks for that :)
