@niteshmurti Me neither, but from what i untherstand he was engineered in White Helix, thats why Megan want Sarif to Hire him at any coast, and not another security. And Megan work with his DNA made possible to augmentations like Paul, JC and Alex to become possible and accept for human organism. But i realy feel this series cant go any back then this, so lets hope Adan is realy Adan as first men of "his kind" and no more prequels.

@niteshmurti He was born with some sort of weird genetic code, which made him the only test subject to survive the white helix lab testing, which improved his body's reaction to augmentations.
