That's just the different game regulations. That' the unlimited energy provsion, that amps the speed on the machine something crazy and quick boost dosn't take up any energy. I'm pretty good at the game but I'd hit the "I'm Fucked" button when I end up in a match like this.

i love reg 1.15 for the sheer speed high that i get from dodging/blading, but it makes for one shitty multiplayer.

If you can't already tell, these games are difficult to master which makes them very fun because there is much room for improvement on the player side.
