Can you explain how is Faridabaad related to Delhi? I do know that it is something like NCR or something? But, what does that mean?

Faridabad is a suburb of Delhi. NCR=Delhi+all the suburbs(eg. Gurgaon,Noida,F'bad,Ghaziabad etc).
