Joe sat next to her on the swings and they sat there silent for a bit."why did you not tell me this?" "well...you were dating Amy...and i figured u would be to busy with her than help me with my depression".Joe was shocked. "Kate of course i would of been there for you! you mean everything to me!"Kate smiled," i know, and im really sorry i didnt say anything." Joe grinned. "you and your ideas.."Kate laughed" ohh be quiet". She playfully hit him than by accident fell on the grass. Joe got off the swings and layed down beside her. He started kissing her and stroking her hair. The feeling he had going through him was amazing. He never felt like this at all.Kate pulled away and smiled " best kiss ever". She giggled. Joe loved her amazing smile. It made him melt. He continued stroking her hair and kissing her neck. She didnt stop giggling, "why are you laughing?" joe asked. "it tickles" said kate while giggling. "you have the cutest laugh,and the greatest smile" said Joe while smiling and looking deep into her eyes. Kate smiled and kissed his soft lips. She pulled away and smiled again.Joe saw a flash but ignored it. this moment ment everything to him.
"Can we get up now? Grass is very uncomfortable", Joe got up and grabbed her hand laughing "okay. So what do you want to do?" "lets go back inside. its cold" said kate shivering. Joe unzipped his sweater and put it around her."warm now?" Kate smiled "yeah im warm"
They walked back inside holding hands again. Kates mom was in the kitchen. " oh good you guys are back. i need to go back to work. emergency meeting! can you guys bake the rest of the cookies?" "sure mom" "okay thank you bye!." Kates mom ran out the door. Joe smiled "im a cooking wizard!" Kate laughed " yeah at burning toast! " " that was ONCE! " said Joe.
They both walked over to the dough and joe flicked flour at her face and she dumped a whole pot of flour over his head. She laughed at his expression and he threw cookie dough at her. They had a big food fight and the kitchen was a huge mess. Kate slipped on some flour from running away from Joe and he caught her but he fell to and they landed on top of eachother and laughed and started kissing eachothers floury lips. Soon Kates mom came home and saw a dirty kitchen with burned cookies on a cooling rack. She also saw Joe and Kate snuggled up on the couch with the tv running. They were both sleeping. Kates mom thought it was the cutest thing. They were both coverd in flour.

Kate woke up by the soung of a big crash. She jumped up form the couch and saw Joe on the floor with pots everywhere."JOE! what happened??" she said while laughing. "sorry! i didnt mean to wake you up! i was hungry and i was gonna make pancakes but i couldnt find a pot....and than i did find them but the one i needed was on the bottom than they all fell." He smiled innocently. while laughing Kate helped him clean up the pots and he hugged her and kissed her. Kate smiled " what was that for? " Joe smiled back " because you look so cute with flour stuck in your hair". Kate ran to the bathroom and started fixing her hair.

" you sure your okay? " said kevin while holding an icepack next to Nicks bruised lip. "yeah ill be fine. where is Joe? and Kate? " Kevin grabbed his phone " ill call Kate" Nick grinned " not because u like her" Kevin glared at him "fine. i do still like her. and the minute i see her im kissing her. i know that she loves me to" Nick looked concerned. " i dont know..i think she likes Joe....a lot." Kevin glared again and called Kates cell phone. she didnt awenser so he called Joes. Kevin told him to come over with Kate and Joe agreed. Kevin hung up and turned to Nick and sighed. " i gotta go make pancakes...." " why? " said nick. " cuz joe wont come unless i make pancakes cuz hes hungry" Nick laughed " okay whatever" .

Kevin heard Joe walk in with Kate. This was Kevins big moment. He walked into the living room and grabbed Kate by the shoulders and kissed her with all the passion he had in him.
