Luke seems like a great guy. I'm sure he'll make his dad proud. It would be awesome to see him work his way up to the Meet The Press Anchor chair, and I'd almost bet that's what he's striving for.
I think he has the potential.

I'm a huge Russert fan (Tim and Luke)... But your title is misleading. Luke Russert was not campaigning at the DNC. Luke Russert is on staff at NBC. He was in Denver on assignment to report on the youth perspetive.

I tweaked it some. Yes, Luke is a reporter and it looks like his focus is the younger voters. This particular report centered on using the Internet to gain the younger voters and to then channel their energy into the presidential campaign of Barack Obama. Luke mentioned that John McCain hadn't used the Internet as effectively.
