@heavydoombeje Most americans are fat, stereotypes don't just pop up without a background.
-
@texkwato1 europe is diverse.northern scandinavian countries play almost only gothic/darkwave or some kinda of metal
-
Im definitely more into their Gothic Doom/Death Metal era, but this stuff is pretty good too.
-
@texkwato1 I see you're an expert...How can you generalise europe into one thing? It's like you say every American is fat!
-
Euro bands like Lacrimas aren't going for vocals like Typ O or any of those guys, europe has always been into the 80s pop type music, thats where they get the deep singing voice from. It's just part of their culture, they love pop, metal, and techno over there.

I miss so much this stuff!
Rob has a good voice, but Chris...he has a GREAT baritone voice. How I miss it!
Their new stuff is nice, but it has not the Lacrimas Profundere style, it's changed so much, it's more commercial, I think.
I enjoyed Lacrimas in their rock n sad times, and also in their doom times, but now...I still like them, but now they're nothing comparing the new stuff with this!

@BlindAnarchy84 Rammstein aren't Industrial Metal, they're Industrial Rock. Just saying ;). But it's correct they're not the same like this Band
-
i saw them live :)

@4g32qu1ckly117 rammstein isnt even in the same genre as these guys. rammstein is industrial metal, these guys are gothic metal. just saying.

Peter Steele was not the only guy, and damn sure not the first, to have that voice. I love Type O Negative but I'm seriously sick of people who come around saying anyone 'after' Type O is just trying to sound like Peter Steele. Especially when they say it about bands like Lacrimas Profundere who have been around since the early 90's and simply evolved their sound.
