Stan Paregien recorded this poem, "SnowKlahoma," sorta in keeping with the great song, "Oklahoma!". I know I mangled the melody some, but it was all in fun. Don't know who wrote the words, as they were circulated on the internet with no name. Peggy Paregien did the filming here in our backyard in Edmond, Oklahoma in the 23 degree weather, with snow still falling from our big ice/sleet/snow storm on Friday, Jan. 29, 2010. Thanks to Bud and Karen Barton for sharing the poem. When the filming was over, Peggy treated me to a heaping bowl of snow ice cream! I invite you to visit my web sites -- www.cowboydirectory.com and www.paregien.com . How about sharing this video with some Okie friend of your's? Bet they'll get a kick out of it.
