APA 2009 Raw Northwestern Championships

The meet was held February 28th at Body Tribe in Sacramento, CA.

I went 9/9 and made a PR total of 1110 lbs.

Hopefully we got you interested in doing some strongman training. Let me know whenever you want to come up to Powerhouse and have a go :-) I won't be there this weekend, but Mark and a few others will be - Mark's the one who knows how to do everything, anyways. I'm pretty unnecessary :-P
