Agreed. It was aq while ago when I posted that about the Challenger. I do not believe it is the best tank compared 2 the Leopard 2 tank. But I should think its good enough to knock out a main battle tank but statistically it is inferior...I think.

I suppose it also depends on the crew as well.

Because half of NATO's equipment is Amercian, its been proven in exercises. I would question US tactics but as 4 us Brits the Falklands does count because it tested vital qualities including physical and mental capabilities of our Paras and Marines in very hostile terrain.

Also, Whaqt other Western nations have fully engaged in armed conflict? Why do countries request British and ex british soldiers to train their armies? Why do they send their officers 2 Sandhurst?

Absolute respect to all NATO forces including the Canadians, ANZACs etc etc :) Yes Terry Taliban was very quiet when i asked him lol.

As 4 well equipped, I no we as support soldiers do not receive half the shit the frontline infantry train with which is pretty bad 2bh cuz we spend alot of time training to be infantry so we can bolster their numbers.

It doesn't help when the MOD cuts our budget and sends it 2 Africa :(

Don't forget Canada,they are pretty professional at what they do,ask Mr.Taliban,oh wait,he's dead along with his whole organization :(

Yh your defo right their mate. The only reason why i say is that the British Infnatry are probs the best is because we have always had superb infantry tactics.

Since i been the army we hav had cut back after cut back - soon we will be a 3rd rate military thanx 2 the traitors in Downing Street :(
