TheSodaJerks.net review the Sodastream Carbonator. Ever wanted to make up to 33 cans of soda for about $5? That's good for both your wallet, and the environment. There's no high fructose corn syrup, no aspartame, just soda made in minutes in your own home!

  • "Wow, that really is a sturdy plastic bottle!" said the dork's sidekick. "It's like a spaceship!" said the dork.

  • @LoudCitizen If we weren't dorks I could argue this... damn.

  • It's hard to trust a positive review when the reviewer receives the product free from the manufacturer.

  • @mel2000 I agree with your statement. For proof that we are above doing that let me refer you to a couple of drink reviews we did where we received the product directly from the manufacturer and still gave it a less than stellar review. Romano's Blackberry Soda and Zuberfizz Grape Soda are just a few that fit this description. Just look them up on our site.

  • does the Coke one taste anything like the coke bought at a McDonald's ? its the only reason i visit that fast food joint and its the only coke i love to drink

  • @n0morehate I don't know what the Coke one tastes like. This machine is no longer available for me to test. If I run across it again I'll most certainly test it though.

  • Austin Powers get a damn haircut

  • The syrup is 5.00 but remember that you are using Co2, which costs a lot with the soda stream canisters, 16-18.00 for a refill on the small one (14 oz) I haven't had one last me 50 liters yet. It is always smart to derate ANYTHING because the manufacturer will always overrate things (like gas milage) We won't go there :-D really fizzy soda takes 4 or 5 buzzes (more Co2) after spending 16.00 3 times, I tricked mine out and now use a 20 POUND Co2 tank. Not 14 oz tank.

  • @okpapereat you do know its only soppose to be only 3 pumps well most of us do, and is it worth it to buy it i might buy the jet packadge

  • i had carbonated water that probably have 4 or 5 pumps of carbonation when i opening it actually looks like its boiling crazy and even few small shakes and vibrations would make it go off when opened. I remembered one time i just put in in my back pack and walked like 2 minutes to my bus stop and opened it to have a sip the soda flew 4 feet high. And how dear you say carbonated water taste gross? i like carbonated water when plain but never those club soda that has salt in it, yukkk.
