2008 Compton Summer Soul Jam

The 4th Annual Compton Summer Soul Jam presented by Compton Councilman Isadore Hall (4th District), the City of Compton, the Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper, and KJLH 102.3 Radio Free took place Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Compton's Par Three Golf Course and drew over 7,800 attendees. Co-hosted by actress Holly Robinson-Peete and actor/comedian Jonathan Slocum ("The Steve Harvey Show"), the event featured performances by Charlie Wilson of the Gap Band, Anthony Hamilton, Johnny Gill, Deniece Williams, Miki Howard, Tisha Campbell-Martin, and Emmy® nominated American Idol® music director Ricky Minor.

You are right, I am not a singer, cannot sing a note, but I know when someone sounds winded. I have seen him in concert before live with him running across the stage and jumping and he has NEVER sounded like this.

U'r not a singer & basically know nothing about singing & if u'r a singer,u'r the hating type coz live shows will NEVER sound like a studio job coz a studio is sound proofed & effects r added thats why an artist sounds good.Even without effects an artist can sound good freestyling without screaming 2 be heard 2 a crowd over 5,000.Check out Biggie,best rapper miming in a source awards show on youtube & u'll get it !!
