when i record and hold it straight and i upload. it uploads with just a square. like the sides are cut off like widescreen. do i need to record with the phone sideways? please help!

I always hold the iPhone with the volume buttons pointing down, and the home button to the right.

Like this my picture / video comes without any distortions.
