UVB-76 Synthetic Russian Voice Recording

5/15/10 Me and a friend was listening to the UVB-76 Russian Broadcast and after a Hour of Recording we got this Synthetic Voice, We had a translator with us but he went away after the voice said something, if anyone please can, please translate this.

Take Note that I have noticed when they are about to speak the beeping is gone, and they speak whenever they want and can. Try to record them when the beeping is gone.

The video got so popular it ended up on www.wired.co.uk
I am surprised on how far this has gotten! As well as youtube offering me a partnership, still need a full translation of this recording though. /:
