Whn i played this in front of my small school(k-8th grade) i dedicated it to my brother who is in the navy he is out god knows wherre and i started to cry a little bit...after i played this i had gotten up to bow when i turned around my brother was there waiting for me in his full white uniform....i then crieeedd. in front of my school hugging him loving himm alwayss..whle the school cheered and criedd with mee

i loove this song :') i went to one of his concerts this past month, and he played this song for us for all our heroes. At the time, and yet still, my dad is off in Iraq fighting in the war, and this really touched me that he would take the time to play and write the song for all our heroes that we have in the world, noticed or not. Thank YOU Jon Schmidt for writing this song, it really touched me. Thank you

@AlyK94 WE can only think/imagine. I'm in the military and I still find it hard to picture what their eyes must see each day. From the lowest ranks/position I respect all of our soldiers very much.
