I was at this game...I'll never forget how sick I was afterwards...the Clemson crowd was totally stunned...it was Bowden's 1st game as a Clemson coach....the FG at the end, we all thought it went through...ugh, what a game.

i was at this game. from toledo, ohio but my grandfather was the fullback at marshall in the 50's. bleed green and white till the day i die. welcome to death valley herd. makes me tear up every time. and yes im drunk

On what basis do you determine I am a WVU fan? My nickname comes from the fact that I live in WV. I have a WVU clip that I posted which was done because I happened to work with Chad Johnston's sister Secondly, if you go back to my post there are at least five different topics you could have commented on: bad hires, poor finances, CUSA etc. You chose to comment only on the WVU obsession. That might tell us something in itself. I like Marshall and cheer for them so lighten up.

Are you speaking of Snyder? All that I saw was that he didn't recruit very well. What about the poor financial management? I didn't realize that. And I agree with you about the move out of the MAC. I just don't see how it helped in anyway. What was the reason they gave to do it?

Great game great result. This was back when MU's program was playing and operating at a top-notch and classy level. Unfortunately, a series of unfortunate events/decisions has brought the program back down to a level that hasn't been seens since the late 70's early 80's (i.e. poor hires within the athletic department (AD and HC), poor financial management of the program, a horrible decision to move to CUSA, an almost all encompassing obsession with WVU, Hopefully MU gets back to days like these

It doesnt show in this clip, but boy did those ACC refs try everyway possible to help Clemson out on Marshall's final drive. Phantom penalities, that drive was almost 130 yards long if you count the "penalties." Oh well Herd still did it
