  • I have to say I enjoy these videos more than I expected. Though, as a vegan I don't see a souffle in me future. ;) Perhaps a vegan dessert will be in the future for your videos?

  • @TheMalicedoll Actually, vegan cooking uses no animal products at all. So no eggs, milk, or butter. One of the things your videos are great about is describing some of the steps where chemical reactions will spoil the dish. (tempering the egg yolks, drafting the oven, stabilizing the egg whites, etc.) It would be great to see that applied to vegan desserts. Good info for non-vegans as well if they are hosting a dinner/party with vegans present. :)
