@Abzstar111 you dont HAVE TO eat 5-6 meals a day, you could but there is research that shows better results with 2-3 meals a day. Its a personal preference, I get hungry quicker with 5-6 meals a day, 3 meals let me eat more when I actually eat which keeps my hunger away :)

the truth is to eat at least 5-6 meals a day, high protein, low carb and good fat diet. have a cheat MEAL every 2 weeks. eat like a bodybuilder and do compound training. Search this and you will find your answers
