  • If you like this system you might want to check out Eco Green Equipment. We need to save the world by recycling tires. Eco Green Equipment has Western Quality with Chinese pricing.

  • Well done ,but we need to change the decision makers ,I will save our local council money by recycling mattresses but they will not look at it.

  • We (In India) can supply pyrolysis plant capacity 5-10 MT /day ,high yield of oil, semi Automatic ,minimum labor required in our plant ,Automatic carbon transfer system., quality far better than that of Chinese plant ,heavy reducer and efficient cooling system. contact 09417200163,Panchkula (HR) - India

  • @theecanman if you gather tires you will be charged with the disposal fees. Thus the invention of the pyrolysis process. The tire companys charge customers a fee ranging from 3-$7 per tire disposal fees and they are charge a bulk price at the pyrolysis plant. The profit for them comes in at the bulk side of disposing ie 300 tires per container x's $3=$900 a pyrolysis plant may charge avg $2 per charge depending on the weight of the load. Either way tire co. and the pyrolysis makes the profit

  • I am running tyre pyrolysis plant in india, we are extracting oil, steel, carbon black, from old tyres... but in this whole process carbon black is the main problem for me. I am not finding any buyer or user of carbon black... can you suggest me where I can use or sell that carbon black.. 00919314504322
