I'm old enough to remember that these old gospel songs were a part of each Sunday service, and oh, how we loved the old tent meetings. Actually just spoke about this to my pastor today, since I mentioned a couple years ago how I missed the old church hymns, each Sunday one old hymn is now a part of morning service. I love the worship songs of today, but again, there is nothing like these foot tapping songs of praise. Glory bumps allowed.

i did a paper on her at school and it was the only A i got in that class lol .... one day i went to school and asked some kids and some teacher if they knew her and they said no im 19 now and i have grow up on her sanging and i cant wait till i get to heaven to sang with her

She is still sorely missed and the gospel community was blessed to have had both of those beautiful people in it for as long as we did have them! This song always lifts my spirits when I get down and reminds me that every step of the journey is worth it! God bless and Rest In Paradise, Howard and Vestal Goodman!!!
