After hearing Segovia, it does sound fast, and A.S. did put in several pauses that are probably not in the original writing.
I transcribed this from the Segovia cassette about 20 years ago.

Superb! I studied classical guitar up to ARCT level myself, and the spanish composers of the 19th and early 20th century were my favourites! I admire your tone.

he has a great great sound, but this could be soooo much better if he paid attention to the dynamics... none of the crescendos, piu animato/a tempos, glissandos etc he could play this soooo heavenly
