  • great video. I also think that u shouldnt transfer if u dont have to. There is also weightlifting equipment that u can use while staying in the wheelchair. Especially if you r doing this fw times a week. Saves u so much time.

    But thanks for the video, it shows new para's in rehabs the possibilities !

  • If it is not safe to transfer, then it should be avoided. But, otherwise, transferring allows people to participate in so many more activities and be more active...
