And the pigeons they are EVERYWERE in the centre. i tend to duck as they fly low. You forgot mention Tom Jones and places he preformed how dare you, Ponty a great town but dose need some modernising with new shops in the centre,

I love it. My grandfather was from Ponty. His father (Thomas Parry) was from Ponty and his mother (Elizabeth Bond) was from Treforest. Best we can tell (it was the late 1800s when they immigrated to the US) they lived on Wood Road. I'd love to see more video of Ponty. When my kids get a little older I hope my wife and I can make the trip. It's a dream of mine to play and sing there. Thanks for this video.
