Couldn't get this carol out of my head today but couldn't find it being sung anywhere! Then I found this....Thank you so much. Most beautifully sung. This has to be the most moving carol ever written. A real tonic after a day spent battling crowds of Christmas shoppers. (Actually, it made me cry too.)

I've had the privilege of singing in Gloucester Cathedral on many occasions.This is sublime and it's my favourite version of this carol. I'm living in Lancaster now but this always reminds me of the Christmases when the choir I used to sing with would deputise for the Cathedral choir - so many happy memories
