What do you expect when Kenya has an AG who cant prosecute corrupt deals coz they are done by senior govt officials? Or KACC that dont show us who have stolen billions of tax payers money? If EVERY CITIZEN be a minister or matatu tout would know they will be prosecuted if found to be corrupt then things would change for good.
