Angela Mackie of Light of Day organics talks about different types of tea infusers to use in brewing your tea. She then shows you several varieties of teas and talks about different water temperatures to use for each variety as well as the suggested steeping time for each tea variety to achieve the perfect flavor. She also talks about the benefits of caffeine and the different strengths of caffeine that can be achieved with different brewing methods. Feel free to visit their website at www.lightofdayorganics.com
I wouldn't rely on the 95% of caffeine comes out in the first 30 seconds of steeping...lots of the studies you hear about on tea don't seem very reliable. For example... white tea, from my studies, doesn't necessarily have less caffeine than black and green tea. In fact, I think it often has more.

@KevPageUK not enough. We were born and bred coffee drinkers. Now ask me something about coffee, and I could go on all day about it, but most Americans know next to nothing about tea. This video definitely helped me gain new perspective and I plan to buy my own electric kettle soon so I can start to make some loose leaf tea.

Nice video. Very informing. Did not know about the caffeine being less after first brew.

How much loose tea should I put in infuser for one 6 oz cup of tea?

The presenter has a nice speaking voice and personality for this video. The surroundings are anything but nice. As calming as her speech is, the plastic containers, garbage bags and, gag, hair net, really detract from what could have been a really fabulous job. There is really great information presented with nice terminology, but I wouldn't show this video to anyone.

Rofl Yerba mate is the main infusion of my country, you can drink it by the usual way but also its just fine to put it in a teabag and drink it like that or with milk, "Mate cocido" is the name.
