There is absolutely nothing wrong with using medication if you need it. Whats the difference with this or an Aspirin? As long as you are taking the appropriate dosage, there is no hard. Im ADD and if i had not taken medication, i never would have graduated high school. Sorry to all who think its pointless, but your very wrong.

@AubThaMan for some medication may not be needed but that is not the focus of this video regardless of meds or not these tools help longterm and they are NOT a replacement for medical treatment (with meds i lose and misplace things rarely without meds I lose the things i just put down...)

@rickr2895 The documentary is talking about how unnecessary medication is in treating ADHD. It talks about how to modify your lifestyle and methods in order to turn the differences in brain chemistry from a curse to a gift.

They have been pumping this made up documentary promoting ADHD (aka ADD) in adults. The pharmaceutical companies must really be dieing to get the adult market since they've been successful in acquiring the children s market with no problem.
I've never seen so much SCIENTIFIC PROSTITUTION in my life.

He is at a fairground because there is so many distractions, and its hard for an ADD or ADHD adult or child to focus.
