Finally someone who is appreciating the development of black metal since its emergence. I love the black metal of the 1990s, but I also think its time to accept that black metal would be dying if every band would play the same kind of music. Why can't listeners just accept the dark metal/melodic black metal scene? Is it so hard to scale off from the good, old times?

Nice to heare from you. I like the thought that there are other human beings who dedicate their lives to exploring our world, to get the best out of it. True Art can only be found in underground music, anspoiled by the masses.

Ancient rites used to be black metal, but now they're more of a symphonic pagan metal band. From Flanders, not from Belgium. Believe you me, they care :P

I liked their split with paysage d'hiver. And i'm a Fleming! So there are people outside of germany that know them :D

Bone Awl and Shining are the only good bands.
I like newer BM, but just not some of this stuff.
Lifelover arrrrrre Black Metal. It's blatantly obvious in many of their songs.
