  • I'm not sure. Couldn't get a date from

the video. Tried looking up the company

he is doing the video for but, didn't find

    any reference to this commercial.

Maybe you'll have better luck...if so,

    let me know...

    Thanks

  • It is not a phone ad, but for a Superannuation insurance company.

  • Thanks for the information!

    I'll correct the caption.

Do you know when this commercial

was filmed? By the look of his face

and hair I would venture to guess

    late 80s to early 90s.

  • Yes, Would be somewhere around 1997. The commecials were heavily graded and look very different to what was originally shot. They ended up much more shadowy, darker and washed out.

  • Again, Thanks. I'm sure there are many

    here that appreciate the information.

    Including myself.....

It may have been shot bad but, hey!

any excuse to get Mr Baker to put back

on the scarf is worth it!

  • Even this is better than Nu-hu.

  • @davidmtuck January 1997, to be exsact.

  • So when shall we be seeing Tom Baker in a multi-Doctor storyline on the new show? The show is due for one since the last one was in the 80's with Colin Baker's Doctor.

  • I would love to see Tom Baker as a guees role on the new Doctor Who series!

  • Geek Insurance

  • What......The.......Hell?

  • This would make an excellent extra on a Doctor Who DVD with Tom Baker.

  • its around january 1996

  • Ah, if only they'd thought to turn the lights down in the TARDIS console room during the actual series. Makes it look much moodier, and ramps up the production values no end.
