I'm sorry but anyone who has that palette knows how SOFT those shadows are! Honestly I'm in no way surprised to see that you had a broken one, the way you were "MANHANDLING" the package. This comment isn't meant to be taken in the wrong way! Maybe someone will read this before they open their own palette, and be a bit more gentle with theirs. Your right! It prob. happened during shipping, you said yourself the package was "handled". Either way dear, Sorry about your palette!!

Im sure yours will be fine!. If you order , and it comes from Hong Kong..there is a higher chance of damage to the product .

hi this happen 2 me, i ordered 180 and the seller was twat, i order again, and gave busted 1 to a friend cheaper, but my second time was sucessful. it arrived safely. aw this person looks upset, its such a shame why dont the manufactors change this, but still this manly set is quailty colours. they are really nice colours, and with 180 you can do millions of looks.

omg when I got mine 4 came broken! but the sections were wrapped in a way that I was able to mend them. so I got lucky
