@iljia1 maybe the computer program remember the foldet hands and their colour or it has a point in the system, which values the pik colour higher than all others (what is true, but makes no sense in this situation). Anyway, i think your theory is most likely!

The black cards are more likely to come out though as blank ink is heavier as it contains red, blue and green ink, were as the red cards just contain the red ink. This means that they often end up towards the bottom of the pack after shuffling due to their weight, but then end up back at the top of the pack after it is cut. This accounts for the extra 1% chance. This is why you never see pros playing AK diamonds - the diamonds are the lightest cards in the deck.
