Don't use the amounts I say in the video. I tweaked it at the end and put more dry ingredients. It turned out fantastic once I was done. Here's the final amounts:

1 lb cacao butter (2 cups when melted)
1 1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup lucuma
1/2 cup mesquite
1 tsp maca
1 tsp hemp powder
1/2 cup agave
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt

Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil double broiler style except in warm water not on the stove. (One bowl on top of the other)
Dissolve salt as much as possible in the oils
mix the dry and liquids separate then combine.
Pour into molds, refridgerate and EAT, yumee!

  • this is great! do you find your ingredients localy or would you reccomend anything online?-these videos are great-i am a new raw foodie and you and your family are so inspiring!

  • Thank you so much! I never buy any of these ingredients at Whole Foods because they mark them up so much. I order most of my nuts and superfoods from nutsonline. They have everything from chlorella, to nuts and goji berries.

  • Where did you buy your molds from?

  • From chocolat-chocolat. They were a little pricey because of the shipping, but they were everything I expected them to be and more. The chocolate pops right out and they look like professional ones you buy at the store.

  • To respond to your curiosity about your agave....the raw agave you have isn't quite raw...it should be clear as it comes out clear from the plant:) The darkening happens from processing. A great place to get it truly raw is at Earth Shift Products. All their products are raw and organic. Also cheaper! cause they sell at wholesale pricess.

  • RE: AGAVE

if it's dark it's the "bad" kind

if it's clear it's the "good" kind

    Hope that helps!!! :D

  • u should make a recipe book, I would buy 2!!!!

  • Will there be a part 2?
