WHO is your target market?
"Everyone" is a bad answer.
If "Everyone" is a customer - NO ONE is a customer!
You cannot please everybody.
We're here not for everybody, we're here just for "somebody".
Before you start any business or any venture, ask yourself 3 questions:
1) Is there a pain, sense of urgency, or irrational passion?
2) Are they (your prospects) actively looking for a solution?
3) Do the prospects perceive that they have options?
"Money talks and B.S. walks." :-)
"If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys."
"Hire the best and only cry once."
Outsource it, or partner it.
Be a macro-thinker, not a micro-manager.
