if u skiped this part how do u explode the 2 blocks in the wind level or w/e i checked the guide it says i need light arrows but i cant get them any more

I just know that if you don't get rid of the ghost before you go to that building normally he dies.

Actually i tried it before you posted this. But you CAN get it after the wind temple.
