  • Looks great, but this chef seems so impatient than other chefs cooking it. Almost non stop flipping.

  • Part of the Kobe regimen involves massaging the cows to help integrate their fat and muscle into one delicious mass.

  • @tnc420sucks Kobe beef is more of a technique of raising the cow rather than the breed. While the US may have Wagyu, the technique for raising it is probably different.

  • @MuayThaiViking beer give the cow a bigger apatite, making it want to eat more which will give the meat more fat

  • @TheSjpatrik yep, but i dont think it has any impact on the taste tbh. beer is mostly just alchohol, why would that make the meat better?
