The audio recording is made from a radio program (material sung for broadcast, and not on sale). This recording is not available commercially nor in any way except, for example, by this social media sharing. While the broadcast performance remains the copyright of the radio station which recorded it, the interest in the broadcast peformance (in non-commercial social media sharing) and that it is otherwise unavailable indicate that fair use exceptions in copyright law apply. Ute Lemper is known to be a singer who has a strong following, such that this otherwise unavailable studio performance has special interest.
This audio of this video is made with basic home equipment, to share for those who are interested, and is not intended to be representative of the quality of the radio studio recording which was broadcast.
The photos making the visual part of the video are Creative Commons photos. It is thought that the author of these photos is also the artist of the real artworks. (I have no other information currently about the artist or the art, though would appreciate having more information. Prints don't seem to be available through that website for this artist; perhaps the artist can be contacted through deviantart.com for prints / originals.)
This should be perfect late-night music, but Ute always brings such depth and dimension to everything she does that one can never quite be 'lulled' by this. Marvellous - thankyou!
