No the point is that IRC / Japanese whalers Claim that Paul Watson is a terrorist, and in the same time the Dalai Lama had Blessed Paul Watson for his "Non-Violent" actions (Non-Violent in the way of not Hurting Human or Other creatures).

first of all why is the earthrace black and why the hell didn't they just go backwards? Any skipper of any boat should know that if a huge ass ship gets atleast 30 feet away from you heading towards you you can't just keep on going fowards.

@skaters4ever1 because the driver wasn't a skipper at all, second because the steeringhouse of the Earthrace/Ady gil has a big dead angle to the rear.

It was going slowly forward with the Japanese comming up from behind when the japanese suddenly turned to a ramming course without the person behind the wheel noticed it.

When he saw the other ship comming up his first reaction was to get away, only into the wrong direction.
