wow that is horrible. who is your coach? he should be ashamed of himself. your legs are too close to the line, so you are leaning forward. you dont want to lean over the line because you have to then catch yourself in order to lift your body up. your hips are WAY to low in set position, this is partly because you are lined up a bit too close to the line. good first step, and decent arm movement. your arms should be going back slightly more at the elbow. this helps break wind resistence.
