BTW: I found out that scary Gladiator Helga's real name is Robin Coleman. But apparently we WON'T be seeing much of her--she's already blown out her knee and has been taken off the show for an alternate.

Oh! My roommate tried out for American Gladiators and got a call back! He eventually didn't make the cut but it was a fun to think it might happen. He would have fit well into that cast (combatant?) photo.

Brig, have you heard interviews with American Gladiator "Helga"? If you haven't go search one out. Its SCARY. Her voice is like Barry White's in a marginally female body.
Not kidding.
Fitness is great. But Helga? Is scary.
