sp1200 is alil more darker than the mpc 60
swing is sicker in the sp then the mpc 60
and if you look at the price today on both you can see
you is the most wanted in the price being highest
is the sp1200 because of the swing and darkest
true 8-12bit sampler that is a controller as well for the akai rack samplers

@ceetheproducer ...ha, ha i'll take that as a complement .....I assure you if I say it's all SP it is all SP.....my sound sounds clean? I hope not as i'm only into that raw 12 bit sound...any panning is done through my mixing desk as you say you cant pan inside the SP.

he aynt usin an sp bro, trust me i used to own 1, he be usin computer software n jus takkin the piss, hes got a few tracks with more then the sps 10 secs of samp time + the sp jus dont sound that clean, n it dont pan like how he has that crazzzy fades on his tracks from left to right, he jus got a pic of an sp off googel images n titeled his vids sp to up his views, trust me.

@lych14 I got the MPC60 as well, more sampling time, fine tune edit, copy & edit are the main things that come to mind, it's still a 12 bit machine but not as raw sounding as the SP, which is why I still rock it ...the 60 is also a great machine DJ Premier still uses it & you can't argue with that.
