Doug, you would be famous if you played rock or (please not metal) hard rock. not enough people care about country or blues. learn some rock scales and progressions, play that way, and ill be buying Doug Seven T-shirts

I have watched most of the videos. I am willing to bet it's a Line 6. Yup...my ear's that good (just playing everyone...don't flame me). I do think it's a Line 6.
After long and hard thought (20 yrs)...I have decided to stick with the Les Paul route (for the time being anyways). Watching these videos almost makes me want to change my mind.

hey doug, just came across your shin-dig on itunes. Gotta say.....Awesome!!!! Great tones and love the way the tele sounds on the neck. I have recently appreciated chicken pickin and wanted to know any advice on climbing scales like you do. Keep up the great work!!!

Excellent video man. And you might be suprised to hear this from someone like me, who is an absolute metal head, but you rock man. I love the tone, the picking, the melodies, all gorgeous. My pops also has that same exact guitar, which I played for a country show musical once. An absolute pleasure to play, and you make it all look easy. Great job man keep it up!!
