Great Tasting Americano - Stop Motion Production

This was our Stop Motion project for the 3D Animation course at Media Design School in Auckland, New Zealand. It was shot completely in camera frame by frame using a program called Monkey Jam. Special effects and sound was added in later in post-production.

The idea of this Stop Motion project was to get experience working in a group environment.

We were given 6 weeks for all pre/post production and the production itself. The final movie was exported and compiled in After Effects with extra graphics being made in Photoshop.

Software Used: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Monkey Jam

Group Members: Peter Green, Thomas Hsieh, Gaurav Mehra, Leng Khun and Regan Music.

We would also like to give a big thanks to our tutor Mike Ogle for all his help during the project.

ok so that was really really cool. I've seen some other animation take-offs of GTA, but this was very fresh and looked great. Congrats and i hope you guys do more together.
