I usually have 2 sources of light - a stronger, bluish-white one either hidden behind me or beside me (but out of the camera field anyway), and a weaker, warmer one to illuminate my face. Actually, this is one of your best-lit videos, your exhales look awesome, and after some gamma correction (brightness - sort of) with a good video edit software it will be tip-top.

Put the light just below your right shoulder pointing up if you can. That way it won't be directly at the cam but you'll still get a good swath of light coming up.
