I made this painting for a project about Cluster Headache (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cluster_headache).
I was contacted by Al.ce Cluster Europe http://www.cefalea.it/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid... for cooperate in their art gallery about this disease.
The coordinator, Claudio Geraci, of this association asked me some paintings for him on the topic, the first painting was the burden, this is the pain.
The music is quite different from my normal choose, but it was specifically asked for the video and working on it, has become part of the painting.
