@Ichimaru584 You can catch Feebas in Pearl too and I think you need the Good Rod to catch it. I've never tried using a Old Rod to catch Feebas but I have a Milotic on my Pearl file that isn't traded or hacked.

you can catch gible in the cave under cycling road

If your playing Diamond version, you can catch a Feebas with an old rod at mt coronet but make sure it is your first time entering that place.
