02-26-11 Emory University Men's Soccer and Basketball Fundraiser for Leukemia Lymphoma Society

On 2/26/11, Jacob and Jared Moore attended a Emory University basketball game to help raise money and awareness for The Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS). Both the Emory Men's Soccer and Basketball teams were amazing in organizing this event and welcoming our family. The boys loved receiving signed memorabilia from both teams, as well as, from the women's tennis team! They also enjoyed hanging out with the soccer team before the game too. The boys accepted the check for LLS in the amount of $1,847 during half time. They even got to meet the basketball team after the game in the locker room. It was a fun night for the entire family... and we were able to help continue to raise awareness for the need for childhood cancer research!
