A NOTE FROM NAPTURAL85 in 2012: Hey guys! it's been over a year now and I wanted to stop back here and say "Hey!?" As a back story, what sparked me to actually look at the ingredients on my Nourish Spa shampoo bottle in the first place, was that I had just finished reading the book "The Unhealthy Truth," by Robyn O'Brien ( http://youtu.be/JYNY_j2G3TA ). The book shed light on the effects of chemicals/conventional food to our bodies, etc, so I was extremely upset when I read parabens on the ingredients list of my favorite shampoo product that I had been recommending.

I just want you to know that my intention is to not make you afraid of parabens. I was just excited to share this product that I had found with you all on Youtube, because well, as all of you know, who have tried and fallen in love with this product, it is amazing! And when I get excited there's really no closing of the flood gates, lol! Anyway, 2012 Naptural85 is a little more calm about ingredients, although she still avoids them as much as possible.

For everyone that has tried, loved, and adapted the product into their hair routine, I am so happy that you love the product as much as I do and that the video helped! Just know I am not a "militant" hair/ingredient person and I do NOT enforce my beliefs on others. I just like to share what I learn as I learn it! Anyway, just a blast from the future! Yes! I am so excited to finally share with you all why I've stopped using Trader Joe's Nourish Spa, and what I've substituted for it!

I am so excited in this video, lol, so excuse me, but it's been a long time coming!

IMP: Do not use the hair mud if your hair is chemically altered (permed, colored) bc it does not hide the damage like a synthetic conditioner will.

also my scalp consistently feels like it has buildup and my hair has lost its luster and my curls are not as naturally defined as they used to be, a little bushier and easier to be "tangled"... lol i'm convinced. can't wait till my bottle gets here!

i've been using "natural" shampoo and some not so natural conditioners in my hair and i feel like it's lost its life and i just KNOW it's from my products. I do have very tight, curly coily hair just like yours. I was a little iffy at first because the mud was so expensive but i really miss my healthy hair from when i first went natural so... here goes... lol just ordered the mud!! i'm going ALL natural now... :)

I just ordered a huge bottle of this stuff! I am so excited and nervous to get it! I've been growing out my hair since May, so it's been like 10-ish months since my last relaxer and my hair is so curly, but I cant find a shampoo/conditioner combo that won't turn my curls in to giant frizz puffs! I can't wait to try this!!!!
